I need help with a break up that I want to do

So I been happy with this person for at least 5 months. I took a a week and a half vacation and well things changed between us we broke up ones whichwas the day before yesterday and got back together with her yesterday. Now I am freaking out. Things between us changed its not the same like we only talk with only a few words its a (Long distance) relationship. So online chats we do. We have only say a few words with eachother now. It changed between us I want out but I don't know how to do this with still being friends :( she loves I know that but for me it has changed and she changed a bit too
