Insecurities and Jealousy
This has been issues with me and my boyfriend relationship for almost 3 years. We're long distance partner and in that time we have never seen each other but we always plan it, not even video call. 2 weeks ago, we had huge fight because of me being insecure towards him help on of his friend, I promised him that I'll do better and I did slowly, until yesterday I saw him playing a game with a female friend. I noticed it that he been liking the girl's tweets so I was also liking the girl's tweets. He repeatedly said to me that he's just friends with everyone else, I trust him but it's really hard. I can't control the jealousy and my feelings of afraid losing him. I want him to talk to me only. I know he just helping people, I know it's a game, but my anger, my insecurities and my jealousy got better of me and ruin everything. We broke up before he fall asleep. He live in USA and I live in Asia. I know it's just an online interactions and he always say to me he only loves me, but I don't know why I keep getting jealous and insecure about it. Like... I didn't ask for this but I always worry and overthinking anytime I see him talking to a girl. What should I do. I love him dearly and I want this relationship to work, but this insecurities of mine ruin everything... Please, I need help. I don't want to lose him or hurt anyone because I'm being insecure.

It sounds like you've been through much hurt trying to bridge the gap in expectations. You mentioned he likes having friends, both male and female, and hangs out with them online. You'd like him to talk and spend time only with you. Neither of you are wrong about how you feel.
It is a matter of boundaries because you both operate differently within relationships and have different values and expectations from a partner.
Perhaps discussing and understanding each other's point of view can help you find middle ground where you both feel secure and happy.
Best Wishes!
