Is it time to move on?
Hello Guys, I have been with my other half for over 6 years now and every day is more difficult.
We fight so often and so dirty and often our fights turn me into suicide attempts. When we fight he fights to hurt me emotionally and will say all kinds of things that break me down and make me literally feel insane, and with my background that's not a good thing at all. I am not so innocent, I get loud and use very bad language with him when we fight. Neither of us can let our ego go or put eachother first.
He is very much all for himself, stay at home and game. I am a very social, adventurous and outgoing person so we constantly clash and feel as if he holds me back.
I am forever trying to motivate him to accomplish his dreams but he barley asks how my day was.
We are barley physical with one another, nor emotional. The most emotion we give eachother is when we sleep and he puts his feet by mine.
Please help me. I am so desperate for answers and help. I don't know how I will even possible start to move forward if we break up. I can do it but I don't know how to even start.

It sounds like you have nothing in common with this guy at all (not saying that people have to be all in common to be together) but why are you even with him?
A person who doesn't invest time, effort, emotion or anything into a relationship, basically isn't even in a relationship. And he doesn't seem to be doing any of that based on the info you provide.
Abuse doesn't necessarily mean physical, if it does cause hurt or anguish in can be abuse. In this its verbal abuse, and even though you say bad stuff back. Well, no one is really "right" here so maybe you should part ways. Try to seperate amicably if possible.
If someone held you back, you wouldn't consider them a friend, let alone a partner. Furthermore, you said you have a "history" or something so being in a volatile situation like this is not good for you or him.
Unless both of you really have eye-to-eye talk in the near future about both of your needs, expectations, etc. this relationship shouldn't go on. Of course, you're the best judge to decide what action to take considering this is your life.
All the best.
@exampligratia thank you, I have taken so much time to try and decide the best way forward and I have decided to do It one day at a time and just leave. I took my dog this afternoon, packed up and left. It's pretty scary but I think it was the best thing for both of us.
There's no point in carrying on with this if the only thing happening is hurtful stuff.
Thank you for taking the time to reply. I appreciate it!
