Is she still not over her ex and what do I do?

I met a girl on a dating app and we really hit it off. After a week of talking I got her number and then 1 week later we met on a date. We got on well but she did mention an ex once or twice which I did pick up on. It was nothing big but still.

We went on a 2nd date which was really good. We had a proper intimate connection. I didn't kiss her but thought it'd be romantic to kiss her on NYE . However just as she was about to leave she saw her exs friend and dragged me away hoping he wouldn't see us. I asked if the breakup was bad and she said yes but didn't provide details. All I know is that it was just a few months ago.

However afterwards she texts me saying she had fun. I asked her what she was doing on NYE and she invited me out with her friends. She said "I was wondering when you were planning on kissing me ;)" and I said on NYE. She said she liked that plan and called me a romantic. She then tells me she is going out with her friends the next day and asked me to come. I said I'm not sure as I'm seeing friends but I'll see. She asked multiple times. That didn't happen as one of her friends cancelled and that was the reason she was going out in the first place (she didn't really know the other people there which is why she asked me to come).

The next day she tells me not to expect anything and she doesn't know why she got the dating app or what she wants (she had been on a few dates before me ). NYE was cancelled too she claimed personal issues. I gave her space. Not spoken much since.
