It's been 8 months
It's been 8 months since my breakup. It was a 5 year long relationship and the breakup happened because of his parents. We've met thrice since the breakup, and each time we're physical. I still love him very much and miss him everyday. I don't know what to do or how to get better.

You need to get a grip here or you could waste your life.
He must make a choice. Offer him first refusal, but refuse to see him again until he commits to you over his parents.
I'm sure he's still very attracted to you sexually and emotionally, but without a future it's less healthy for you than chocolate!
Good luck. I suspect that a lot of grief lies ahead, but really, he needs to decide if you are important enough to him to risk his parents' rage. At the moment he's just torturing both of you. and you are helping.
