I'm jealous of everything. Past boyfriends, when she goes out with friends, whatever. I snoop on her phone and I look at her Internet history.

How can I stop doing this?

My jealousy has ruined my 11 year marriage. He is now leaving me . I don’t know how to stop the jealousy. I know it’s from my first ever high school boyfriend who cheated after 4 years and my first husband who cheated many times , mostly online .
