My ex has left me and moved on.

What do you do when you can't talk to the emotional support/best friend anymore. I kind of want to die...

I know my life is worth more.

and you shouldn't let a boy affect you that way but...it's so hard thinking I probably won't ever see or talk to him ever again... Help?
