My breakup message

I’ve recently went through a breakup last week. we split up because of my own actions and i really wish i can get a second chance to my ex. i’ve been trying to buy a therapy session so i can become a better person. she said she still loves me but doesn’t see a second chance for now because of what i said. i’m trying my best to work on my issues but now i feel like i’m going to give up and be upset for an extremely long time.
