My ex has a new boyfriend
My ex dumped me long back, and after our break-up, she would try to reignite things with me but never wanted it official (always casual or not wanting to name things). She would then again break it off randomly stating she feels suffocated. This would happen 2-3 times.
Then she told me, she doesn't like the idea of being anyone's girlfriend as it takes a lot of efforts.
Now she has a boyfriend and does all things with her, that she would deny doing with me.
I feel helpless that I'm not over her

Am I right in assuming that when she tried to reignite things with you, you were hoping for a serious relationship with her instead of casual?
It sounds like when she was with you, she wasn't ready for commitment, but maybe now she is :/ I can only imagine how painful it must be to see her do things with her current boyfriend that she wouldn't do with you - I'm so sorry

Yeah, i wanted serious things.
But its ok I understand, i can't expect someone to be there for me if i want them to, they have their own feelings.
I'm just hurt, its not their fault or anyone's. I am just too attached
