My husband is divorcing me after 4 years
He said he simply doesn't love me anymore. We have two toddlers and a autistic teenager. I don't even know how to start over
@passionateMap9675 I’m so sorry this is happening to you. It is crazy to think how people change sometimes feels like overnight. It is hurtful because you are blindsided by it especially as he made a decision without you and given how much it affects you and your children he should have taken that into consideration. You deserve better treatment than this and this is not fair to you in any way. I would say don’t think of it as starting over but as an unexpected detour, not pleasant or any less heart breaking but life will throw these things at us without any regard. If you are not doing therapy I would suggest it, it is not easy to make the transition in your life and you shouldn’t have to do it alone. I hope you have support of friends or family with you. Im sending you all the love and hope for you and your family’s happiness. You and your children deserve more ♥️
I I'm looking for a woman who exchanges love for me who does not seek fraud and hates betrayal💔 because I hate it...😟😟😟
@passionateMap9675 I'm so sorry - but right now you're in shock. He may just be in a bad place. These things aren't usually black and white. It sounds like maybe he just needs a little space. It aint over until it's final. Take it a day at a time and try not to panic. Perhaps also suggest counselling.
Much love

I'm sorry to hear about your husband's decision to divorce. This must be a difficult and painful time for you, especially with young children and a teenager with autism to care for.
It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. Divorce can be a major life change, and it can take some time to adjust to a new normal. Here are a few suggestions that may help you as you start to move forward:
Take care of yourself: This is a stressful time, and it's important to prioritize your own well-being. Make sure to eat well, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly. You may also want to consider talking to a therapist or counselor to help you work through your emotions and cope with the changes in your life.
Seek support: You don't have to go through this alone. Reach out to friends, family, and other people who can offer you support and understanding. You may also want to consider joining a support group for people who are going through divorce, as this can be a great way to connect with others who are in a similar situation.
Create a new routine: Divorce can disrupt your daily routine, so it's important to establish a new one as soon as possible. This will help you and your children feel more stable and secure, and it can provide some much-needed structure and predictability in your lives.
Focus on the future: While it's important to acknowledge and work through your emotions, it's also important to focus on the future. Start thinking about what you want your new life to look like, and take steps to make that happen. This may involve setting goals, making plans, and taking small steps each day to move closer to your vision for the future.
Remember that it's okay to take things one day at a time, and to give yourself time to adjust to the changes in your life. You will get through this difficult time, and you will be able to create a new and fulfilling life for yourself and your children.
