No explanation

I been with this guy for 2 years. I stayed with him through all the mess ups he had. From going to jail, to cheating on me. Everything was fine and I just saw him a week ago. My birthday was 3 days ago he he wished me a happy birthday but it wasnt sentimental. So I spoke about it to him. He never responded. I texted him again the next day, and he still didnt respond. So I let two days pass and I got worried maybe something had happened to him so I remembered that on Snapchat he usually watches my things I post so I was looking and I didnt see his name on there so I go and search his name and he had removed me as a friend and then he also removed me off Instagram and all social media. I just dont know where all this came from no explanation nothing and I cant do anything about it Im just breaking down. Theres nothing more in my hands that I can do. I just wanna know why. I even thought about texting him...but whats the point if he is not going to answer or even worse he might has blocked my number to.
