Out of a Toxic Relationship

I had my first boyfriend, we lasted almost 9 months and he was the sweetest boy ever! I loved, adored him, he was really kind, he worried about me, he cared, he loved me a lot...

But one day he stopped giving myself the respect I deserve, his friends were idiots and tried to make him fall in love with his best friend, they hated me and he told me that I shouldn't worry that everything was fine... Well, he started to treat me like crap, to ignore me, stopped talking to me, started to list all my flaws. He was breaking me, and he did. He asked me to wait for him, because he wasn't sure about our relationship and I did, but he was secretly falling in love with another girl.

Now we're not together since 2-3 weeks ago, he likes his best friend now... I'm heartbroken because he played with me and didn't care. He was my first love and I know I have to get over him, but I just can't find any motivation, I want I REALLY want to get better, but I have a lot of problems with my family and this breakup just ended up killing what was left of myself.

By the way, I have no friends because I was so busy with this guy that I just lost them...
