Please help

Pleas help about 10 days ago my girlfreind and mother of my child (relationship is 4 years) broke up with me, she had accesed an old email address and found out that I had been talking to other woman when we first met for a couple of months, I never met any of theese or had given them my number it was all online I also signed up for seedy dating sites (I dont know why).

So she threw me out 2 days later she asked me to come back. We broke into an arguement on the Tuesday night and she told me she had been having an affair with an ex for the last 8 months ( she was winding me up) I took an overdose in a moment of madness and spent the night and following day in hospital I would never do this again it was stupid. She decided to go out on Wednesday to town with her sister for her birthday and came home at 5 in the morning the next morning I got up with my daughter and something didnt feel right so I checked her bag and there was a mans name and number on a bit of paper it knocked me for six I asked her to get rid of it which she said she would fast forward two days and I found the same number still in her bag.

This has sent my insecurities into overdrive and I was constantly asking who was she txting on her phone why was she on whatsapp I was following her all around the house

Yesterday she asked me to leave because she needs space

I feel completely lost
