I can’t get over anger. I’ve heard all the suggestions of no contact and let it be and they’ll get their karma but it all sounds like nice lies to tell ourselves. The truth is it’s an insult to my intelligence for someone to do something behind my back thinking I’m some naïve idiot. I knew he was lying to me I just didn’t know the extent of it and I asked him so many times I was tired of wasting my breath so I found out my own way and now how the tables have turned. Now I’m the crazy psycho. Now I’m annoying and stressful. How do you get over the rage when someone flips is all around deflects their responsibility and turns you into the villain? So I have to just eat all that while he’s still screwing the same girl - who’s married + a new one? Where’s the part when a person actually feels the consequence to their actions? The way I’ve seen it is you’re left with all this sh*t while they go on like you don’t exist and it’s all good. They tell you to move on and get over it like something is wrong with you. The irony is of course I know what I SHOULD be doing. I know exactly how to just erase this person from existence for myself but I go against any logical way of being when that rage starts. Cause nothing happens to him, no he’s great totally fine acting like I never existed. Must be such a nice feeling. Arrogant selfish, pompous people like that aren’t affected by any emotion. It’s useless to waste your energy thinking they have emotion to care. No, superficial people don’t find value in people. They find value in the material. So how do you get past wanting them to suffer?

Try writing a detailed list of everything thing he did that you found hurtful. Then write I forgive (his name) for......in front of each thing he did on your list. Read it out loud every day until you feel better. Don't worry karma comes eventually.
