Separation
My wife said she doesn't know if she wants to divorce or try to stay together. This was 3 days ago. I always go to her and try to communicate and resolve disagreements but I thought this time I would wait for her to feel comfortable to speak to me about what she wants from this relationship and but force her to speak. Waiting to talk about something this serious for this amount of time feels unbearable to me and I don't know how long to wait or what to do until she feels like talking to me.

she might want you to show understanding, respect, kindness and care. Tell her how you feel. Keep it by yourself, just talk about YOUR feelings. No judgments, no fingerpointing. And show understanding (doesn't mean that you agree but keep disagreements with yourself).
Plus, don't panic or worry. Express your feelinga, be vulnerable but do not fear lead your way.
