Seperation anxiety

After four years of a polyamorous relationship that began with exploration and openness, the dynamics shifted. Initially, I embraced the experience of cuckolding, but over time, things changed. She started emotionally withdrawing, and as we both explored connections with others, the emotional distance grew. Eventually, we found ourselves emotionally and physically estranged, leading to the painful decision to separate. It was a journey that began with openness but ended with the realization that our paths had diverged.

It's hard now to feel warm again. It's easier to meet new women but much harder to let anyone in anymore. It feels loneliness is here to stay and work becomes a comfortable form of self denial.

Not coping well and need support.
