Should I file for divorce?
Recently discover that my wife was cheating on me with her ex. We've been living together in Texas for almost 5 years, she suggesting to visit a family therapist, but I'm honestly can't see how we can rebuild trust in our relationships. I suggested her to file for divorce in Texas and currently waiting all papers getting done. I want to know what you think, I just can't accept the fact of affair, I can't see any other way to move forward, to me, it seems like divorce is the only option. Cpould you forgive someone for cheating?

it happened to me many years back , he cheated me on my 21st birthday 😢 instead of celebrating with my parents I brought my birthday cake to his place when I reached his home I saw a pair of woman's high heels outside . I didn't think much as I knew his brother is an married man , I went upstairs to his room opened the door I saw him & another woman were having s** on his bed . my whole cake fell onto the floor , gave them a slap each on their face & my tears rolled down I shouted : " I'll never forgive for what both of you have done ! " , actually I tried to tempt suicide & all the negative thoughts on my mind . when I recall it , I feel very 💔 till I had phobia to have an relationship again ... I'm still single I'm 33 years old , so I would never forgive a person who cheated on me .
@Thomasjolly cheating is unacceptable and it shouldnt be forgiven. If you truely think that divorce is the only solution then follow your heart. Being in relationship with her would exhaust your mentally and physically. You deserve every kind of happiness and love and being with her would be a terrible idea.
Trust is like the foundation of any relationship and once it is broken it cant be rebuild again. You shouldnt trust her, and move on.
