Should I stay or should I go?

after we got married things started to get worse. I feel like my wife doesn't have the same life goals as me. I think if I ended this relationship I would be much happier. except that apart from a few normal quarrels, my wife did nothing wrong but i think she is not happy but shes is scared of breaking up. I feel like the flame between us goes out more and more every day.

but I don't want to make her suffer. We tried to change things but we always get to the same discussions. unfortunately I do not find the courage to end the relationship. any tips?
