So lost without my woman
I was so in love with my woman. I would have carried her to the ends of the earth. And now she has left and I miss her so much I can't function. It's crippling me to think about her in her new place and I'm not there with her.
I miss her touch, her smell, her voice.. All the places we ever went together. Those beautiful memories are so painful now.
How do you let go of someone you love so much?

Don't worry about being okay with it, or moving on. Trying to force those things will only make it harder to let go. I know what it's like to wake up one day and find out someone you love dearly never loved you at all. It's devastating. It may sound cliche, but time is the only answer--time, and closely guarding your heart next time. And don't worry my friend: there will be a next time. Another idea--though not helpful for everyone--find someone beautiful, available, and open to casual sex. Make sure they know you're not in a good place. Be honest. It's not a cure, but it is a tonic. Men do it. Women do it. Rebounding is okay so long as you know that's what it is, and you aren't hurting the person you're rebounding with--and for goodness sake, be safe! Not just in terms of sex, but your heart. The next time you fall in love, it's a good idea to leave them before they leave you, and have someone else lined up and ready to go on the side when you do. It will make it much easier to say goodbye.
I am sorry that you are going through this.
