My heart goes out to you @StartledSeahorse...its so hard to have lost the love of your life.. and anniversaries or events like his marriage naturally affect you.Likley reminding you of the hurt that is still there. And I think with the loss of a significant other, that although we can grieve, recover, and "move on," there is a missing that hurts deep in our hearts. I understand.
Thanks @rozie. I just don't know what to do. I can't stop thinking about him. It feels like my life stopped when he left. I know it's stupid, I mean it was 7 years ago, but I'm still in love with him. I don't know how to fix the void I feel.

Oh this sounds so hard for you @StartledSeahorse... and you don't know what to do. You know we can get "stuck" In grief so that it becomes chronic... as you say still thinking of him and the feeling that life stopped for you the dayhe left. I wonder if seeing a grief counselor would help you to get "unstuck" Please message me if you would like to talk this over. You deserve to get through this.
