What even is worth
I had a serious accident in January which lead to my now ex boyfriend to help and look after me which was so lovely cause I was bed ridden for over three months ago the age of 22 I still can walk. He took on everything, he induried it all to the point where I almost didn't have to.. I couldn't thank him enough until I began to hey depression and PTSD. The same weekend I had this accident we have invested in a coffee cart business for me and could see the stars and the moon with him, long story short were now splitting I'm having to move into my own flat as my anxiety depression and everything else comes into play when in new surroundings.. I've lost my best friend, my loved he rescued me and now I feel like my whole world is crumbling down around me with this business I'm not dedicated to anymore I'm going into hardship and he wants nothing to do with me anymore, feeling so worthless after everything we've been through I cant pull myself up to make life easier for the both of us so it's time to let go I say. I'm just finding living on it's on hard enough.. any advice for the broken hearted 😔
Hello @ambitiousBeing2274. First off, I am so sorry that you have lost your best friend. I am also sorry that you've had an accident that has changed your life. It is understandable as to why you feel the way you do. Life isn't going the way you originally saw it and that can be painful at times. You have worth, but it is important that you see the worth yourself. Sometimes it is finding worth in ourselves, in the world around us, etc. Your dream is to run the coffee cart business. While plans may have changed we can always adapt to things. Is there a job out there you'd like to do that you are capable of doing? Sometimes holding onto our dreams can lead us to worthiness. Are there anything you enjoy doing that makes you feel worthy?
