my ex found me on Bumble

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice.

So, my ex broke up with me November 1st after 7 years of dating due to "not knowing what he wants and needing space". We didn't talk for a month, then I suggested we be friends with benefits (it was fun but probably not the best idea). We did that from December into early January. I broke that off, saying I don't think we can be just friends.

Fast forward to a few days ago. My ex told me he thought I had a cute profile on Bumble and that he 'liked it, aka swiped right.

What do I do? I want to get back together with him. I don't know if I really want anything serious but I would want it to be exclusive (feels like a contradiction but I don't know how to put it).
