Hello!

One of the common questions nowadays amonsgst teenagers specially is that 'AM I IN LOVE'?

What do you do then to find out?

Go for quizzes, check the net, ask from your friends?

We have an easier solution here..

We have a little quiz for you..

Answer the quiz to find out whether you are in love or it's just an attraction.. ( It is not too apt but most of your questions might just be answered, it'll act in a way to ask you questions so that you can answer the questions to yourself.. )

Choose one answer to each of the following questions:

1) How flawed is the person you are in love with?

a)Perfect!

b)Deeply flawed but I love him/her nonetheless

c)Flawed but I love those flaws

2) What are your arguments like?

a) Shout at each other and slam doors but we make sure we sort it out later.

b)Never had an argument

c)Fights are dramatic and we end up breaking up

3)If your partner left you tomorrow, what would make you feel bad?

a) The fact that you wasted time on them.

b) The fact that you'll never find one like them.

c)Doesn't really matter to you.

(These questions are not intended to hurt sentiments. It's just to help one answer the questions to one self. :) Find out the answers soon! )

@YourFriendforever

I hope you don't mind the expalinations... my mind never lets the details escape :/

1) How flawed is the person you are in love with?

b)Deeply flawed but I love him/her nonetheless

I embrace the flaws that make up a person, just liek the ones that make me up.

2) What are your arguments like?

a) Shout at each other and slam doors but we make sure we sort it out later.

Not really shouting, no slammed doors... just heated words at times and some silence in between -

... and a lot of revealing feelings about how we feel on the topics.

3)If your partner left you tomorrow, what would make you feel bad?

b) The fact that you'll never find one like them.

I don't think it is a bad thing, thinking that you will not find someone like them. If they left, it will eventually be an opportunity to find someone else equally unique. What I would feel bad about right now is how the person seems to fit me so much like a glove - interests converge yet we have some distictly different interests; our attitudes on just about everything lines up almost perfectly. I think it would be a valid feeling to feel robbed of something just right for me if they were to leave me forever.

@KravenFire

I meant: c)Flawed but I love those flaws

I am one to embrace the flaws if I love the person. This is no exception

@YourFriendforever

Thank you!

I do believe I am in love, but unfortunately I have little clue as to how my lovely partner feels herself. We are on a romantic break right now, and are also pacing our underlying friendship...

Things got too out of hand and we threw the brakes on before it separated us for good. I am alright without knowing what she is feeling right now; I know that she has stuck by my side for a period of darkness that I had not had ever before, and that alone attested to her dedication and loyalty as a friend first and foremost. Someone with less emotional strength would have pushed me away a few months ago but she had the courage and strength to see me through to better days instead. So I feel loved even when she claims otherwise. heart

@YourFriendforever Thanks, but I don't think that it will work. I decided I'll get rid of my feelings somehow. One person made fun of me, and I realized that my feelings are ridiculous and impossible. Therefore I decided that I won't tell him. He deserves a girl of his dreams, not a depressed one like me. Plus I'm younger than him. But still-thanks.

@MyDreamIsToBeANeurobiologist

Girl, there is still hope.

I was in a state of depression before, and had a toxic relationship with another depressed person. It was terribly hard and we didn't get along that much. We had to end it somehow because of too many differences and our depressive state.

Since then I focused on healing myself. I underwent a therapy, I made plan for changing myself to be a better version of me and have been trying to stick with it ever since, I faced my fears and started doing a dreaded project that I had been neglecting but it was actually very important to me, I decided I would realize my goals and my dreams. I became a more cheerful and positive person. I realized I was changing.

I had been friends with this certain guy when I was depressed before. I only thought of him as a casual friend, we weren't even that close before. After the break up and my change, we started having a great time talking. And the feelings came.

He's definitely out of my league, he's too handsome and I'm an old lady with many psychological scars and remnants of depression apparent on my face. He's really smart and one of the stars in the college. I'm a normal, lazy bun who spent 7 years in college with so so GPA. His family is filthy rich. Mine is an average household. He's really funny, adorable, hot and popular. I'm just a normal, awkward girl. You see, it's like a Cinderella story. The difference is, I'm not a damsel in distress.

I'm not even saying that we'll work things out, I still have a long journey to change myself to be a better person--more positive, more responsible, more hard working, kinder, stronger, smarter.... I want those qualities not for his sake but because I truly want to better myself--and automatically, positivity attracts positivity. When I became more positive, I attracted more positive things into my life.

But at the end of the day, even if I can't be with him, it's okay. He's one of a kind, sure, but my goals and my dreams are more important. They mean a lot to me that I can't imagine living without them. I will keep being a better person, with or without him.

So, girl, you wanna be a neurobiologist right? Don't give up hope and keep fighting! Someday, someone out there would notice how awesome you are, and no one would be "out of your league". Anything is possible.

Best of luck, girl ;)

@YourFriendforever

1. Flawed (aren't we all!) but there isn't really one thing he's either done in the past or would do in the future that could make me truly despise him (although I have said some very nasty things in the heat of the moment, and have said more hateful things recently out of fear and stress and anger). I hurt him with words, he hurts me with indifference and silence.

2. A. We argue, but always patch things up in the end. I'm usually the one who does the yelling and slamming doors, he shuts down because he doesn't deal with confrontation well. I want to solve the problem immediately, he takes days to start talking about it. We've learned to meet somewhere in between there - although once again, stress can really make us forgot to use the coping and problem-solving skills we've worked so hard to develop.

3. Never finding somebody like him again. This goes both ways. He loves how I will always giggle at his silly jokes (he says I'm the only one who does), and we can talk openly about pretty much everything, nothing is off limits (except the things that really make him anxious, and I have to say, this is the first time I've ever found that an issue - usually I'm the nervous nelly who avoids things)
