Hello!

Hey there! I'm new here. I'm currently facing friendship issues... Not that we want to break up, but that I want to help my friends but I don't know how.

One and a half months ago, a friend of mine started self-harming because of a really long story, and I tried helping her but i didn't know how, and I think I screwed things up for her. It's supposedly over now, but I don't think she stopped.

Just today, another friend told me she has family issues and wants me to help her too. Her parents are arguing and she's scared that they might divorce. I really don't know how to help both of them...
