Asking a guy out as a girl for the first time

Okay so tomorrow I am working with a guy I have had a crush on for about a month now. I really want to ask him out. This would be the first time I would do something like this în my 22 years of living😂🙈. I am very nervous. Should I be casual about it and see where it goes (do you want to hang out after work?/what are you doing later?) or be more bold? (I have liked you for some time now and I want to know if you are interested/like me back?). What do you guys think? I could use all the help I can get.
