as a woman, I say of course! charm can be defined differently with different women. It would be wrong to say you gave no hope.

It totally depends on the girl! I’ve been attracted and dated plenty of nerdy/weird/different/unique guys!

I'll admit I don't have much experiance dating but for me if they reach the friend stage of having things to talk about in common then whether I find them attractive or not is a matter of 1. time 2. if I can trust them with my thoughts 3. if they give out any physical affection (I mean casual stuff like hugs goodbye, comfortable in sitting next to you, touches to shoulders or hands)
