Depressed and angry husband help
My husband suffers from depression and anxiety and refuses to get help. We were supposed to move into an awesome house and he was so excited and that fell thru. So today he is angry and won't even talk to me. And it's my birthday and I'm 6 months pregnant!! I asked him to please not do this on my birthday which was clearly the wrong thing to do because it made him more mad. He's never hurt me physically or anything. Just need advice as to how to deal. Thank you!

A belated Happy Birthday to you! Sorry that your birthday was so stressful for you.
I appreciate that you care about your husband and want to help him through his depression and anxiety but unfortunately there is very little anyone can do for someone who refuses help. It sounds like you're worried about saying the wrong thing or making him mad. It's not an ideal situation especially in your pregnancy.
I'm not sure exactly what you're asking guidance for, is it on how to deal with his anger?
