How can I love myself?

I know I have to love myself before I can love someone else .. but how? How do I do this? How do I put myself before someone else?

I agree. Self affirmations really helped me realize my love for myself. Saying the things you like/love/appreciate about yourself also gives it that bonus power. Lol Hearing it said aloud feels empowering basically xD .
