How to manage jealousy?

My ex has been gone for 2 months, and I still love her and have hope that she’ll be with me again and I’m giving her space, but I feel so jealous that she’s with someone else and it hurts me really bad and drives me insane. What can I do to manage these feelings?

Well, I know it's easier said than done, but you should try to move on. She clearly has.

It’s normal to feel jealous but it won’t change anything. She most likely won’t come back. Try to gradually let the feelings go
