*NEED HELP* Longest Relationship I've had needs help.
Hello 7cups!!
I have a online relationship between me (M15) and my boyfriend (M14). I live in America, while he lives in Canada. Recently, we have been having troubles with our relationship due to his inability to seek individual therapy. I want to help him, but I am not a professional. I've been trying to nudge him to try therapy, and he says he doesn't feel like telling his parents about his problems. I do not have a way to contact his parents, nor do I think it is safe (since our relationship is a secret). Do you have any suggestions on what I can do next?

I'm sorry you are struggling. It is important that he gets helps because you are right, it's not up to you, you cannot do the work for him. You need to communicate with him, perhaps again encouraging him to talk to his parents, and if he still won't, perhaps tell him you need some space until he seeks help. Maybe you could ask him to join here and talk things through with a teen listener, that could help! Wishing you the best 💕💜🥰
