Need advice

I have been with my husband for 13 years. He has always been a faithful, felt very strongly and disgusted with cheating, hates saying no and always avoids confrontation. His job asked him to go help out a warehouse in another state. He would be gone for a month. Of course I let him go no worries here. Well first Saturday woman at bar who is also there helping out says want some free shots. He says sure not interested literally expecting drinks. Well after a few shots she started kissing him then said want to fuck him feeling very awkward states dont have condoms. She told him about a store next door he left but went to his room instead. Next day she texted hes a dick he apologized she then sent something where he said I'll bring supplies he never got them he felt dont get them no worries. Next Saturday approached again n he said it just happened she laid on bed and said fuck me now he wasn't hard so he played with it got on top buried his head in pillow wishing it was over, once over went to his room and sobbed. Now instead of acting like a normal person he said he went into a extremely dark place he ruined all he was etc etc. She kept texting him and asking him to come to bar aka fuck me. Same thing couldn't get hard buried head in pillow. He didnt want to and didnt enjoy but hated confrontation then she asks to hang out during day he can't say no.
