For me the worst break up would be if someone left me without giving me any explanation. That would hurt a lot.

"I love you but right now I'm not emotionally stable" but he never mentioned anything about "I can't handle a relationship at the moment. Personally, I'm on a journey in my life to find me and I am slowly getting there. It has been quite the process. If you need to move on with your heart I understand."
