She cheated and I forgave her. But for whatever reason, I can't let it go

So last year around March, I had found out that my wife was cheating on me with hher co-worker via pictures and text. Afterwards, I had taken the day and realized that i loved her more than I was hurt. But even now, it haunts us. Every now and then, if she doesn't respond as quickly as I want her to, I start to think myself into a dark place and my mind comes up with all sorts of possibilities. All negative. I see she's trying. And every time I accuse her, I can see the hurt in her eyes and hear it in her voice. I don't want to break her down for a mistake. I want to be able to let go of all of it.

Well the thing is sometimes when you get hurt it can leave a scar, whether its physical or emotional. The pain has to be treated sometimes with love and care, sometimes with stretching and exercise. Emotional pain especially when trust is involved comes down to both of you. You may both be hurting and alittle TLC can go a long way. It can be a tough conversation but if you address it calmly and from a healing perspective it may feel better just to talk about it. Maybe not about the past but about the future and how yall can move forward together and how yall can take care of eachother. And don't feel bad if it hard, healing is not an over night thing. Just like a muscle after and injury the trust has to be rebuilt and that takes time.
