Hello there awesome people

Im sure many of you have heard of gratitude journals – daily recordings of things you are thankful for – however it is something that takes time and practice to improve our lives. It helps us in so many ways as well as those around us.

It doesnt mean that you have to take them out to fancy dinners or extravagant events – paying attention to small details goes a long way. Thanking your sweetheart for taking out the trash or putting away the dishes or even making their morning coffee are great ways to appreciate the little things.
