What should I do?

Back in March my wife told me she wanted to separate and that she loves me but not in love with me. We've been together for 7 years and married for one of them. She told me that she's felt unwanted and communicate was bad between us even tho she knows she works overnights at a hospital and I work during the day. She wants us to still living together because of the kids I have three kids from a previous relationship and one with her. She says she needs to work on herself and doesn't want a relationship but for us to me friends. Some days it seems we'll work things out talking about our future with the kids and stuff and other days it doesn't when she brings up eventually she'll or me will date someone else and want to bring them to our house but still have us living together. What is some advice or actions I should do thank you
