Why being happy so difficult????
Why does your partners lieing and cheating you hurts you? He does wrong and its you who lost trust, who suffers, who lost happiness.
@Hello365 when you fell in love with someone, you gave a piece of you away. He didn't only stole your heart, but he crushed it into pieces by cheating. It's normal to feel this way. You'll feel this way for a while. But you won't feel this way forever. It's going to be okay. You have to learn to let him go. He isn't worth your tears, keep that in mind. You can do this. It'll pass. You'll be okay :)
@Stardust11
my partner is my husband. My problem is i am hurt still i love him :( i want to live with him. But he is hurting me in many ways. Nowadays we often end up fighting. :(
@Hello365 Oh ): I can't tell you exactly what to do, you have to make that decision by yourself. But I can tell you this; just hold on there. You have to be strong for yourself. What's meant to be will end up good and what's not-won't. Love is worth fighting for, but sometimes you can't be the only one fighting. If it doesn't work out and you've had enough, you just have to move on and realize what you gave him was more than he was willing to give to you. Hopefully people realize great things when they come around and not lose something real. Always fight, until you can't anymore, and then be fought for. I wish you the best :) Things work out, even if it doesn't feel okay for a long time, everything works out in the end. :) xx
@Stardust11 he always makes me feel i am his last priority. I have been forgiving him since last year and i am fed up now. He still says he wants to change. Should i still try to save our relationship?
@Hello365 @Hello365 maybe you should try talking to him about it, just be honest. Give him a little more time, like a few weeks / a month or so. If he still won't change and you're really fed up, then maybe it's best to let go? You deserve be happy. But the choice is on you, I can't make the decision for you. I hope things will work out :)
@Hello365, I know all too well how this feels and I completely understand what it is that you're going through. I was in the very same situation 2 years ago. My husband cheated on me while I was 7 months pregnant. His defense or excuse was that he felt this void from me that needed to be filled. Nonetheless, I stayed with him, I loved him, I hated him, I resented him, I felt anything and everything you can possibly think of for him until one day, I woke up and I had enough of the life I was living. That was no way to live. I wanted and needed to be happy. I was either going to forgive him and let it go and never bring it up as a defense or live with the grudge and resentment for the rest of my life and let him go. So I decided to stay with him because regardless of whatever negative feeling I had toward him, I still loved him very much. And not only did I have to let all of it go but I had to face the reality that he cheated, and also accept it to be able to move on. If you love him then you should fight till you can't anymore. Even if it's just you the one fighting for now. If he truly loves you, he'll come around, sooner or later. If one thing doesn't work, then try something new. I know it doesn't seem fair as to why you should be working on the relationship because he is the one that cheated on you, but always remember you're doing it because you love him and you're ready to forgive him and move on. But first you will have to decide what it is you want to do and ask yourself if he's worth fighting for and if he is, then you will have to face all kinds of emotions and you will have to be ready to face them in order to move on. That is the best advice I can give you. I'm sorry that you're going through all this but just know that one day you will be able to smile and be happy again. I promise
@GDL11 thank you so much for your suggestion. I will try my best. If you don't mind can we please talk on this. Please let me know.

@Hello365 i'm so sorry to hear that you are dealing with that. cheating/lying is the most hurtful thing you can do to destroy the trust between two people - unfortunately it doesn't erase the love. it hurts because you invested something, you shared something, you gave something, you thought you had something worth it. Just because your partner did not respect you and appreciate your worth, doesn't mean you don't have worth - that is HIS flaw not yours. He was incapable of treating you the way you deserve. It is incredibly unfair that he can do that and that you are the one to be so hurt. I am truly sorry you had to experience that (I have been cheated on too). I know that you love him still and want it to work but I think now is the time to remember and to focus on what YOU deserve. You deserve to be happy, to feel valued, appreciated, respected, to be able to trust the person you have chosen to have a life with - and if you are unable to rebuild that trust, then you need to decide what your options are and what would make you the most happy given these circumstances. Put yourself first now. Try to use your logic, not so much your emotions. You deserve to be happy, please remember that.
Hun, I know the feelig i have cheated on more times than i have fingers and toes. I cant tell you how things will work but i can tell you you will be better eventually. Me on the other hand it still hurts everyonce and a while. It wont be easy, you will have many nights full of tears. I have lost so much trust in men that i cant even allow myself to be happy. Dont be like me dont try and push things away dont let yourself build up a wall. It only shelters you more. Deal with the pain now rather than later.
@SacredOne what did you do? Did you forgive? Or moved on?
@Hello365
To be honest i did neither i just kinda fell apart for the first couple weeks after we broke up. I just kinda accepted that it happened and kinda moved on. But now i feel like shit about myself cause no i believe that that is all i derserved was a shitty gy who didnt care if i was with him or not.
Eventually i forgave him but it still hurts.
@Hello365
Hello there i'm Aaron, nice to meet you pal. now to answer your unsolved question there are many ways of forming the emotion of happiness however it depends upon what the origin cause is that is occuring it to not exist within you. Those negative reasons need to be removed in order to find happiness. If it is regarding a relationship, then love is an illusion it is a thought created mentally of feeling a bond further than friendship. In relation to happiness it is almost like an illusion if you can picture a motivational / happy future then you will be happy, if you look back upon how you put up with what causes you to feel unhappy you should be happy that you have made it this far being as strong as you are
-Stay strong and feel free to message me if things get a little bit too much
Thank you
