A crush
DI have a crush on someone and I he has an online store but he is an engineer like me , I wanted to meet him so I bought two stuff from him asked him to meet me at Starbucks so I check those items first and when he saw me he was amazed and kept smiling then he offer buying me coffee and I said no just water but he insisted and opened the door for me, we sat down and talked about job and my family then I left after an hour he texted me asking if I can refer him at to my boss (we work same company but different badge colors and location) I told him its okay and did refer him to my boss, second day I told him that I did and we kept talking for almost 2 hours and a half texting about life school gym food and then I told him I’m sorry I took too long and he said we will be on touch but didn’t hear from him since Thursday, is that mean he is not interested and only want the job?

I think at this point, it could be a lot of things. It could be because he just wanted the job. But it could also be because he got caught up with his job or his online store. Or maybe he has other situations that made him fail to contact you soon after.
If the last time you were in touch with each other was last Thursday, it means it's been a week now. You can continue waiting until he contacts you. But if he doesn't, then you'll keep wondering. Maybe you can try to contact him and ask about the job you recommended him to and see how the conversation goes from there.
