Am I too picky/ giving up too soon?
I’ve been on 4 dates with this one guy and he’s nice and attractive. We have some things in common but not a ton, we seem to get a long well and have decent conversations (but surface level content). I don’t have any forelimbs for him, nor do I get butterflies, and before I go out On dates with him, im not really feeling excited, just always “meh”. I am not sure if I should just end things and move on or not because I consider myself demisexual and usually do not have feelings right away anyway, but I also don’t want to settle for something if im not feeling it, nor do I want to waste his time or mine if it’s not going to work out. Think it’s worthwhile for me to keep seeing him? Or should I just cut things off and move on?

Dating can be so confusing, but I think of it this way, if he is a decent guy, you have fun and you are not leading him to think you want anything more right now, what's it hurt to keep getting to know him? If nothing else, you might make a great new friend. And in the worse case scenario, you will learn that that initial feeling you felt was accurate.
