Break ups

Me and my baby daddy broke up a week ago and it hurts like crazy.
We were together for almost 3 years and I feel like I can't get over him.
It's really tearing me apart.
I'm pregnant with his 2nd child and we will have 2 children together.
Our oldest is 10 months old and I'm about due with our youngest.
I just feel defeated and can't do anything right.
