Bringing up issues

I have been with my boyfriend a few months. However, when I bring up issues he like doesn’t understand my points. So one major thing is he has to basically ask his parents what they are doing and his other family members before we hangout and I don’t like that. I’m 24 and he’s 23. We are not children and I cannot bring up my anxiety issues so I feel annoyed. Any advice,

Sorry for your situation . When my friend went through something like this, they basically sit down with their partner and talked. If he refuses, then perhaps he’s not mature enough for a relationship.
