Seem to be very secluded never see friends and have a remote job. So don’t go into office. Been engaged to my fiancé for 2 years and I should want to set a date for the wedding but.. I’m just not sure on anything ! Wish I could. Be more sure and know what I want. Feel unhappy a lot of the time in my job, used to be an actor and loved it. Now just stay at home and watch tv and go gym

It sounds like things are stuck in a routine you don't much enjoy and it's slowly draining you.
Do you think it might be possible to take a longish (maybe a month?) break and just allow your emotional batteries to recharge doing stuff you actually enjoy?
