So me and this guy started talking a few weeks ago. We hit it off really well. We’ve hung out 5 times and didn’t have sex till the 4th time and even after we have sex we just hang out and enjoy each other’s company. He would text me everyday telling me to have a good day and even mentioned us going out to hang out during the day. He’s told me he really liked me and wants to get to know me more. The last time we hung out it went really well he kissed me goodbye. It had been a couple days since he messaged me so I messaged him to check up on him and hope he’s doing good and he said he’s sorry he’s been so distant things have been crazy. I told him it’s totally fine I understand life gets stressful. Anyways it’s been almost 3 days and I’ve heard nothing from him. Am I overthinking because I have past issues or is he just not interested anymore? I’m just confused because it was going so well and now there’s no conversation. Nothing bad even happened between us he just got kind of distant. I just got really excited because I found someone I can relate to so well and when we hang out we could literally talk for hours and it not get boring. I’m not messaging him anymore until he text me but I am sad because I like him a lot.

Just remember if he wanted to he would. We MAKE time for the things we truly want.

He sounds like he is more invested in you than just using you, but some guys can be really convincing. I recently listened to a book called “act like a lady, think like a man.” By Steve Harvey. He basically says about this topic, if your looking for a long term relationship, make him wait 90 days. There are always different scenarios and I am currently struggling in my new relationship to wait that long, but the right one will be patient. I may not be the best at giving advice but do with this information what you want.
