I need help with my relationship

So for nearly a year now I have been with this girl. She is the centre of my world, but it feels like its deteriorating.

It is believed she has BPD but not diagnosed.

We're constantly having little fights over nothing but there's also sometimes big fights about other things. I feel like every night there's something else i have done to annoy her. She tells me how much she doesn't want to talk to me on the phone at times and how much she doesn't want to be around me. It makes me feel like I am the absolute worst boyfriend

In fights I explain myself but quite often she doesn't understand and takes it the complete wrong way and it ends up getting a lot worse. I honestly don't know what to do.

All my life I have been a people pleaser. I am trying my best to do whatever it takes, but its exhausting at this point. It's constant trying to change myself to make her happy. We are long distance, I think it takes a toll on both of us and that's why the little fights happen, but like I said I'm exhausted.

My last relationship was ***. My ex was so toxic but I couldn't bring myself to leave, I'm too much of a people pleaser. I stayed for 3 years with my ex before I had enough. I just always try to make things work. I'm trying to make things work now but it doesn't seem to be working. She just constantly tells me how bad I'm doing

Don't get me wrong. She makes me the happiest person on the planet most of the time, just sometimes, mostly at night, she makes me feel like I'm the worst possible person she could have ever met. It's just a constant attitude

I'm here to ask you lovely people what to do

You need to raise your self-confidence in principle and you and she visit a psychotherapist, it is clear that she has a negative effect on you and must be treated and set limits, and I know that you love her very much, but you must also love yourself, and do not ignore the matter because that will make things worse, you will find some information on the net about dealing With the borderline personality, but the issue may be greater than that, so you must consult a specialist, and everything will be fine, God willing
