Insecure Wife?

My wife is insecure about her weight and doesn’t think she pleases me sexually. We’ve had extensive problems about this in the past, I’ve tried my best to reassure her with actions, gifts, and straight out telling her that this isn’t the case. However the problems continues to arise and I’m at my wits end. Does anyone have any tips? Please?

Reassuring her begins with believing her. She is sharing her insecurities, her fears and her perceptions with you. You can't force her to change her opinion by insisting it isn't the case. Her opinion is valid, just as yours is too. The foot in the door to that conversation might be to acknowledge how she feels about herself, and express that you do not share the same opinion about her.
