This is my first post so I’m new to this but I need help. So I tend to be quite a social butterfly but my boyfriend is not he’s a very like able person and very agreeable but he doesn’t socialize very often other than with like two of his friends. He and I have been together for a year and a half and I really love him. Recently he’s opened up to me about his insecurities and how they’re starting to control his life. He’s very insecure about himself and that I’m going to leave him and he gets really insecure when I talk to other guys and go out to parties. He gets really intrusive thoughts about how much better I could do and that I’m going to leave him and he feels helpless when it comes to how to overcoming these thoughts and I feel terrible because I don’t know how to help. So please give me some tips or help in anyway possible
