Kiss and touches on first date

So i met this guy on a dating apps and we has a first date together, at first it is all okay, we had dinner and talked. Then he asked if want to visit him to his house, which i agreed. After at his home, we watched netflix together, but soon after he started kissing me and touched my breast, which i have never done so, and said to him it is too fast for me. But he still do it anyway. Not long after that he suddenly said that he got work to do, and just send me home like that. We have never talked ever since (about 2 weeks) what should i do about this?

Should i reach out to him? Or just leave it?

my mind telling me he is not good, but at the same time i still want to know more about him.

Ps. I’m 23 and the guy is 33
