Long distance relationship and clinginess

Hi , I'm a girl who have a long distance relationship with a guy living in another country for 3 years , I'm originally clingy and is hard now since he started working, I don't have friends or work and I want to stop being clingy and focus on myself, he nice and make time for me but I feel bad cuz I ask too much attention, and feel lonely without him. I want to change and stop texting him as much as I do now.

@xerbaw i am sorry to hear that I just booked a guy who said he loved me I met him on a dating site but I just didn't have those feelings and I am talking to someone else now who is closer about 2 hours away the other guy was in the UK which wasn't really practical or realistic.
