Relationship problems/barriers

I have been talking to this girl a lot and recently we've broken up not because of us but because her mother didn't approve and I have been kind of lost and maybe she has to but she still tries and so do I but we have barriers because we can only talk on some apps due to her strict parents and Im scared this wont work and I just want it to but I don't know what to do and kinda just feel hopeless and scared and overthinking everything although she still cares a lot about me and is a very busy person
