my bf has change

i was in relationship about 7 month, in our first date he so romantic. he ask me to date, bring me some food and give me a little attention. but now, he's change. no time for me, and always slow respon, yesterday he was said to me " if you find someone you can get it" what it's mean? im so speechless really. what sould i do?
