Feel like im in trouble

Hey,

So this is my first post on seven cups.

Basically i feel like my friends are mad at me, mostly my best friend. Shes not so talkative at the moment and I feel like I Upset her. I know im not always great to be around because of my anxiety and panic attacks.

Also my house mates have pushed me away, i feel like im not wanted here anymore.

I dont know what to do...
